Contract Drafting Tips: A New Take on Standard Terms
Every in-house counsel should be familiar with negotiating an agreement for a web-based or hosted software application, whether representing a licensee or licensor. This seminar will provide guidance to business counsel engaged in drafting complex cloud computing agreements. Using a typical form of SaaS license agreement as an illustration, the panel will review the most critical issues and concerns in cloud computing contracts to effectively mitigate risk and will describe current best practices for business licensees and cloud computing vendors during contract negotiations. Topics will include:
